In total, 10,000 new homes are proposed for the entire Meridian Water site – the first 950 (subject to planning permission) of which will be delivered at Willoughby Lane by 2026.

40% Affordable housing
As part of our wider efforts to tackle the London wide housing crisis. These affordable homes will be a mix of affordable rented housing, shared ownership and homes for rent at a level below market rent. The council is prioritising delivery of affordable homes early in the programme. 50 per cent of the first homes at will be affordable and 100 per cent of the homes at Meridian Two will be affordable.
