Project Profile

Meridian Four

Meridian Four is the fourth development opportunity within the 85‐hectare Meridian Water site and falls within the wider Phase 2 Outline Planning Application, giving outline planning permission for a total of 2,300 homes.

Enfield Council have resolved to grant outline planning permission (application reference number 19/02718/RE3) for the mixed-use development which will deliver up to 2,300 new homes. With Enfield Council as the master developer this is a hugely exciting and ambitious programme, with the Council managing large-scale direct delivery.

This new mixed-use community will deliver approximately 800 new Build to Rent and Affordable homes alongside commercial, community space and public realm for local residents to enjoy.

Located around the three water courses of Pymmes Brook, Salmons Brook and the Lee Navigation, and to the north of the proposed community park, Brooks Park, the design of Meridian Four will open many opportunities for engagement with the natural environment.

The detailed design for Meridian Four is being developed further to which an application for Reserved Matters will be made to the local planning authority.
