Meridian Two

Meridian Two is set to deliver 274 affordable homes, alongside 3,000 square metres of commercial space in Meridian Water.

Located on Leeside Road, Meridian Two is a £92 million housing project that is changing the old gas site on Leeside Road into a vibrant, new neighbourhood in Edmonton.

Constructed by Vistry, the homes will be acquired by Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, a Registered Provider who will own, manage, and market the homes once they are built.

Leeside Road is part of Phase Two at Meridian Water, which will eventually deliver up to 2,300 new homes at Meridian Water.
